After School Program

2012-2013

The ECCA After School Program will start on Wednesday, August 29th2012. If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren), please fill out the form below and return to the office by Friday, August 31st, 2012. A registration packet will be sent home and must be returned by the first day the child attends the program. Program Hours: 3:25 – 5:55 pm

Annual RegistrationFee: $15.00 per family due every year on the first day of After School

Each child will be assigned a punch card with the designated number of purchased days. The card will be punched at 3:55 for each child attending the afterschool program. Punchcards must be purchased prior to a child attending the afterschool program. Drop-ins will be charged the one day rate of $18.00 plus a one time $16.00 registration fee. Checks are payable to ECCA. Please write After School on the memo line. Credit Card payments may also be arranged. These fees are subject to change at anytime. There will be no refunds on punchdays not used prior to June 1, 2013.

*Drop-ins will only be available if there is space in the program on the day requested.
